AD2 Roanoke, is an affiliate of the American Advertising Federation (AAF Roanoke). We are a non-profit organization of advertising professionals 32 and younger. We are the future and we know how to have a good time. Members of AD2 enjoy the benefits of networking with similar young professionals in the area, all while learning the newest tips and tricks exploding out of the advertising world.

Ad2Roanoke understands our members’ need for an online presence. It can help to get your foot in the door or allow you to showcase the amazing work you have created. We also understand how difficult and costly it can be to get a site together on your own…which is why we have come up with a solution!
Introducing: Ad2 Hosting. This was created to help you utilize the power of the web to build your own personal website.
We are not offering to build you a site (although we may have a suggestion or two…), but we are offering you an affordable way to get professional presence on the web.
How affordable? How does $3/month sound? Good, how about $2/month?
We have enough space to cover your specific needs and have priced it accordingly. Other hosting services offer unnecessary amounts of space for higher prices, but why pay for wasted space? Ad2 wants you to save that money and spend it on fun stuff!

Networking
It’s hard enough getting a job these days, but if you’re new to town or you are just breaking into the industry, it can be that much more of a daunting task. Enter Ad2 Roanoke. We strive to gear our annual programs around our members wishes and their need to rub elbows with the higher-ups in the industry. Are you an outgoing future account exec? Maybe your a recent graduate! It doesn’t matter where you are in your career, networking can seem like a dirty word. It can be scary at first, but remember, we’ve all been there. Education
While some of our events are geared towards networking, that’s not our primary role in the community. We have taken a firm stance on the need for continuing education for young professionals and students alike. Over the course of the next year alone we will be hosting speakers and industry leaders from around the country to expand our member’s and community’s horizons. From letterpress printing to designing for non-profits and back, we will make sure you are kept up to date on the latest trends and best practices of our exciting industry. Mentorships
There are so many questions when you first get started. What am I supposed to wear to an interview? Who should I call about business cards? How much should I charge if I’m freelancing? The list goes on. Again, we’ve all been there. Some of us might have even interviewed for the same company. Give us a holler. Give us a shout. Our board members are always happy to answer questions.
